The liquid in the bottle is saline. Please use lens solution to wash the lens before using it. It is best to soak the lens in lens solution for 6-8 hours before use, it will be more comfortable to wear.

Everyone eyeball arc will be different. The convexity of the eyeball also varies from person to person. However, VINSCON lens material are designed to suit most people. VINSCON lens material is soft material, compared with hard contact lens, soft contact lenses are more flexible and fit more easily to human eyes. However, there are some people who is not suitable for our product, which need to get better diagnose from doctor.

It may be caused by dry eyes, your tear ducts may not produce enough tears to keep your eyes moist. Besides, it may cause by fungus or bacteria. Improper contact lens storage and maintenance can cause this issue happened. In addition, users who wear lens for the first time may initially feel uncomfortable. When you feel uncomfortable, remove the lens and drip in lens solution, and then try wearing it again.

Please wear it within 2-4 hours for the first time. Slowly extend the wearing time after the second time, but please control the wearing time within 8-10 hours per day. If you feel uncomfortable or the eyes feel tired, please do not continue to wear them. It is recommended to remove the lens to rest the eyes.

West Malaysia will received within 2-3 days, East Malaysia will received within 3-5 days. Shipment is made the next working day after payment, and the speed of arrival is depends on the courier company. If nobody sign for the parcel, customer will need to go to nearby courier company to collect the parcel. Courier company will just keep the parcel for 7 days. Customer who fail to collect parcel within 7 days, courier company will send back the parcel for us. To resend the parcel, customer will need to bare the shipping fee.
